█ Who we are.

We are a small firm with big ideas. GDPdesignbuild is architects George Fong and Justin Fong. From its inception, we have pursued an integrated approach to project delivery. The way we work marries the creative disciplines of architecture and interior design with the technical know-how of engineering and construction. With the experience, creativity, and passion to carry complex projects from the conceptual design phase to completion, we provide our clients with a simplified approach to realizing their projects. We believe in the power of design and in the inherent value it can create. We operate under the notion that well-considered design improves our lives.

How we work.

Our clients’ ideas and needs can initiate meaningful architectural dialogue. We work collaboratively to develop a solution tailored to suit each project’s objectives. Our studio specializes in site-specific solutions for commercial programs including restaurants, bars, and work and retail environments. In every endeavor, we place great importance on ensuring that functional necessities are met with innovative and detail-conscious design solutions.

Simple is usually better.

At the core of our design approach, we strive to convey a sense of logic and simplicity. We operate under the notion that clear, simple approaches often lead to surprisingly complex results.

We love what we do and it shows.

We are passionate about designing spaces that people enjoy. A successful project is one that creatively addresses a unique set of problems while creating a memorable experience that engages and delights the end user.  Fundamentally, we strive to make people happy.
